I have been sculpting for almost 15 years; my work is influenced by my surroundings, people and animals, and my interpretation comes from an interest with the physical form and distortion.

Since finishing my university education I have spent time travelling in Europe, India, Asia and Australia, the Middle East and America, creating sculpture wherever possible. I returned to the Isle of Man in 2000 and took up a Residency at the Courtyard Gallery, the Island's major arts centre, which culminated in a highly successful end of year show and a full sale of work.

To date I have exhibited in the Kangra Valley Gallery, India and the Vague Ceramics Exhibition in Salern, France. I have taken part in a three-man show at Fusions gallery, Brisbane Australia and also worked on a large relief ceramic Memorial for the town of Gympie. I have also produced a bust of Sir Charles Kerruish for Parliament House on the Isle of Man, and have exhibited on the island in numerous joint and solo shows.

I have a City and Guilds teaching Diploma and have worked at the Isle of Man Prison teaching sculpture. I have also been involved with many school and community projects and took on voluntary work at an orphanage in Thailand, teaching pottery and kiln building. I am currently based in Prague and working towards a show at the gallery "Chodovska Trvrz."
