Since I was a child I collected diverse organic materials like bones, horns, shells, snells, woods, rocks and minerals and while I grew up I considered this things being symbols of decay, symbols of vanitas. This inspiration, the imagination that death is everywhere and like a frame for the living, brought me to the idea to recreate dead materials into new living forms. Death is not the eternal end but the transformation of energy, and energy never gets lost, it just changes it`s dimension. the flood of forms is the circle of life, like the phoenix rising from his own ashes...
