I was born in Zaragoza (Spain) in 1980. After studying Product Design I started drawing in a traditional way (charcoal, sepia, sanguine...) with painter Eduardo Pena in Madrid, under an "academic" style. The rest is a question of reading, observing, constructing, missing, destroying, shouting, reconstructing...
My illustration work has been strongly influenced by the dramatism of Rembrandt and Goya, the surrealism, the grotesque short stories of the international literature...
I combine traditional and digital techniques, using rich textures and strange characters in order to create scenes that shoot up the imagination of the viewer.
After several years working as an illustrator and graphic designer for different agencies, now I work as an independent artist, open to all kind of proposals and projects.
