The landscape  is always the central theme in my work, I am fascinated by nature and it's cycles of transformation.  Humans and other creatures, who populate my artworks are always intrinsic to this natural element.  The scenes I depict are an intertwining of real landscapes with those of the mind, blending myths and archetypes with realistic scenes. I intentionally leave my imagery slightly abstruse  so that it poses a riddle to the viewer, who is then required to search within to unravel a meaning. My intention is to communicate with the viewer's unconscious mind.
