"Don't effen give in", it crosses your mind every now an then ah, but then insanity comes back and we settle down again.
Sounds like things are looking up for you over there, hope you have a sell out, the waiting is a shit.
Lets face it under all those chains and blood there is a nice, loving person. :D

That's lovely.
Would look great as a book cover!
I really like the colors you have chosen. The expression is a hard one but you pulled it off. The straps are fascinating and really give the muscles depth.

Bloody computer errors are everywhere. Blame the programmer. Lol

...the show continues?!!
I just reloaded the page and see this... nice. I like the wood theme.

RE: Anti-Social Butterfly

I didn't want to post this but I see that under her right arm there isn't that arcing lite green that is on her other wing. Minor, minor, but just seems to need to be there.

Thanks for the kind words Lawrence, I think the wing markings are a genetic thing they are not there in real life but she seems to have accepted the fact.

This is a Steve Irwin shirt I was asked to paint his portrait on to raise money for Australia Zoo on Steve Irwin Day. They are going to frame it and auction it off at a fund raising night.

This is my entry for the Moran Art Prize this year.
It is my favourite model Alex, hopefully I have put it in big enough so you can read the text.
It is called "HerSpace" for various reasons, you can figure it out.

I used to get ticked of with people telling me to paint some other way "Think Outside the Square... think outside the square" so I painted this and called it Thinking Inside the Square, which is realy thinking outside the square I guess.
Sara can hold this pose for some time, it's amazing but yes I used drawings and photos to work from.
