You seem to have a god handle on drawing, but I would suggest using some tools like a compass to help you round out your circles. Some people may think of it like "cheating", but I find it silly, compasses and rulers can be a great deal of help for guides, just don't get carried away with it like some people do.

Other then that, maybe try and imagine your light source and render all the objects in your drawing according to the light source(s). It will help your drawings come to life and look more realistic.

Finally, when drawing do up some quick thumbnail sketches about where you want to place certain elements on the page for composition, I know it's a pain but it will help you organize your thoughts.

Nice drawing though, very original.

You have a great handle on shading, and there's a lot of textures there. The hand is good, though it seems a little stiff. The thumb is seen from directly above and the finger from directly the side. Our fingers can do that, but the rest of the composition is so fluid, it doesn't mesh, IMO.

Are you drawing from life for the facial elements and the hand? They border somewhere between symbolic and real. The face in the bubble is good, and I think it could be improved if it began to look more specifically like an individual.

to que
thank you for your assistance i too considered it cheating but i suppose it make sense that an aid is not a cheat sheet and yes i am working on light source just finding it a bit difficult to utilize it in surrealism. i shall definitely take the sketch part into consideration since yes my thoughts can be random. i really appreciate your input and maybe down the road i will show you my progress

to the flying trilobite

i understand what you mean and now that it is mentioned i am able to spot but i would like if you could the hand part in other words i seem to have trouble understanding exactly what you mean by
"The thumb is seen from directly above and the finger from directly the side"
and yes i didnt use any reference all was a fragment of my imagination perhaps that is the reason the face lies on a borderline
but thank you for the input and i shall use reference from now to achieve a better result

Cheating is too strong a term - a shortcut perhaps. :-) Hands and feet can be as tricky as the face.

I'd love to see future work, feel free to drop me a message in case I miss the subject.
