Angela Ho (also known by her moniker Ahoy) is an Australian-Hong Kong artist based in Melbourne, Australia. She spent 15 years living in Hong Kong before travelling through Europe and finally returning to her home state, Melbourne, Australia, where she now lives and works. Her practice spans analogue and digital, including everything from painting to animation to augmented reality.
Angela credits living in vibrant Hong Kong as an influence on her work, as well as vintage children's books, toys and the animations of Fleischer Studios and early Disney. She is interested in fairytales, myths and storytelling in...
