Olivier Pauwels, also known by his tag BOHI, is a Belgian artist with a graphic arts degree. His career began in painting and graphic design, but he soon shifted focus to three-dimensional assemblages. These assemblages, created with an attentive eye for detail and a preference for old materials juxtaposed with infant imagery, depict an apocalyptic world balancing humour with threat, and violence with love, renewal with reconditioning.
