Shannon Taylor is a mixed-media artist who blends watercolour, collage, and assemblage to produce enchanting paintings and illustrations. Her art delves into themes of surrealism and whimsy, experimenting with scale and the tactile nature of collage to carve out a distinctive space in sculptural illustration.

Taylor obtained her Master’s Degree in Illustration from University of the Arts London, Camberwell, after studying at California College of the Arts in San Francisco, where she now teaches. Once the Director of Art and Restoration at Children’s Fairyland in Oakland, Taylor also...
