Skylar Fleming (Seattle, Washington) is a self-taught porcelain sculpture artist, who creates sculptures through slip casting and hand-building techniques. He started his adventures into the ceramic realm in 2015 after a visit to an estate sale where he found a few plaster moulds used for slip casting. Influenced by everyday happenings, nature, music, and random thoughts, Skylar is inspired to create works of art that give insight into what is happening inside his head and provoke the viewer's thoughts of what and why.
